Coach A creates a safe, supportive environment where kids can learn the basics of snorkeling, the foundational skill sets of strokes like freestyle and backstroke, safe diving, and proper swimming techniques—all through playful, age-appropriate lessons. With a focus on safety, skill-building, and fun, your child will grow into a confident swimmer, one splash at a time.

Whether your child is exploring snorkeling for the first time, learning their strokes, or taking a leap into diving, each session with Coach A is filled with excitement, growth, and discovery. With playful, skill-focused instruction, young swimmers build strong technique and water confidence in a safe, engaging environment. Below are four groups, with unique time slots, to best suit your needs and schedule. Each group is limited to four swimmers!

Here, young swimmers build confidence and technique in a fun, supportive environment that makes learning to swim an unforgettable adventure.

Coach A’s Swim Academy LLC
It all begins with a splash. Maybe your child is dipping their toes in for the first time. Maybe they’re ready to take their swimming to the next level. With Coach A, that first splash can lead to confidence, skill, and a lifelong love for the water.
Kentucky Aquatics - Assistant Coach (8 years)
I specialize in early-age snorkel training starting as young as 3 years old, as well as stroke refinement, starts, and turn clinics. I’m passionate about helping young swimmers build confidence, master technique, and develop a lifelong love for the water.
Private Lessons (Over 10 years)
I have conducted personal, in-depth technique clinics at home for my age group swimmers at Kentucky Aquatics. Additionally, I have taught many young children to swim, overcoming their fears of the water, diving, and proper snorkel use.
Today
I am the only coach in Kentucky that give young swimmers the opportunity to learn how to use snorkels. Snorkel use is an overlooked skill that can significantly improve stroke technique and, of course, drop your swimmer’s time!
